Tutorial: How to add a colored wrapper?
1) Add a new wrapper in the html
Go to Theme (on top of the page) > Edit HTML/CSS (bottom left) > Open one of the html files (under Header Type) or create new one > Add this code
(Add this code where you want the colored wrapper e.g. above the wrapper containing the main content.)

2) Add some color in the css
Go to Theme (on top of the page) > Edit HTML/CSS (bottom left) > Go to Assets > Open Main_style.css > Add this code
.colored-wrapper {
background:#0493E5; <!--here you can add your color-->
}
3) After you have done this you can add content in the html
